Privacy Policy

1. The Short Version
The AI Readiness Assessment is anonymous. Your answers and your readiness result are computed entirely in your browser and are never sent to a server. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not ask for your email, and the assessment itself collects no personal data.
The only data processing on this site is optional, consent-gated Google Analytics, which loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner.
2. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for ai-readiness.dev is BriX Consulting.

3. The Assessment Is Anonymous and In-Browser
When you take the assessment, you estimate your AI adoption and answer four questions. Your inputs and the resulting readiness score are processed by JavaScript running on your own device. They are not transmitted to BriX Consulting or to any third party, and they are not stored on any server.
Because the assessment collects no identifiers and sends nothing to a server, it does not, by itself, process personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
4. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate, pseudonymized usage such as page views and approximate geographic region. Analytics is off by default: the site uses Google Consent Mode v2 with every storage type denied on first load.
GA4 and its cookies (_ga, _gid) are loaded and set only after you actively accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set and GA4 does not load.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. We run no advertising and set no marketing cookies.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” control in the page footer. See the Cookie Policy for the full cookie details.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding any personal data we process:
- Right of access — obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed and receive a copy
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Right to restriction — restrict processing under certain conditions
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to withdraw consent — withdraw analytics consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@brix.consulting or submit a Data Subject Access Request.
